ORDERING
$150 minimum for opening orders
$100 minimum for reorders

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Opening orders require a credit card on file. All orders are charged at the time of shipment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please inquire if you are interested in being approved for Net 30 terms (existing customers with accounts in good standing only).

ONLINE RETAILERS
Resale of When it Rains Paper Co. products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram or any other online marketplace other than a standalone website is not permitted. When it Rains Paper Co. must be listed in the description of all products sold online.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Please see our current wholesale catalog for product dimensions, materials, packaging, and minimum order quantities.

DISPLAYS + PACKAGING
All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Box sets may not be broken up and sold individually.

TURNAROUND TIME + SHIPPING
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for orders to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from our studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. International retailers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs fees. When it Rains Paper Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays or damage that occurs during transit.

BACKORDERS
We do our best to keep all of our products in stock. When a product is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have 3 options: 1) remove the product from your order, 2) hold your order and ship it when complete, 3) ship in-stock products on the original ship date and ship backordered products as soon as they become available.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns on wholesale orders are not accepted except when damaged or incorrect stock is received. Damages or incorrect stock must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Incorrect merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please retain damaged products to facilitate a claim with the carrier. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold seasonal merchandise. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

EXCLUSIVITY
When it Rains Paper Co. cannot guarantee exclusivity of our products in each retailer’s shopping territory.
